I ordered my usual size but they were too big. Ordered a smaller size and they fitted perfectly. The return process worked well and I received my refund. However, there was no notification of receiving the returned shoes. It would have been reassuring to receive an acknowledgement.

These were bought for casual duty to replace a pair I have loved. I have not worn them as yet, but they look good. Will go great with jeans and a polo, or even a slightly smarter look.
A little snug on the width but I am hoping they will soften up and be ok (I have slightly wider feet than normal).
Will certainly recommend Amen to family and friends.

Needed new shoes for work and all the shops were shut. Ordered my size 10's and was delighted to say that they fitted like a glove and so comfortable with the thicker sole.
