At Amen we understand that given individual differences in sizing, not all items will fit perfectly. We offer a 30 Days Returns policy. The item must be returned in original, unworn condition.

Please ensure you complete and enclose the returns form template included with your original order. If you have misplaced this, please include some paperwork telling us your details (name and order number) and why you are returning your order.

If a parcel is returned without paperwork enclosed with the goods it is impossible for us to identify the sender. We therefore cannot issue a refund/exchange for the parcel.

We strongly recommend using a trackable method to send items back to us, such as royal mail tracked service delivery, or a similar method which gives you a tracking number. We recommend this because if items get lost in the normal post, we regret we are not responsible for any lost items.

Using a tracked service will enable you to claim from your chosen delivery company in the unfortunate circumstance that a parcel may go missing. Please keep your postage receipt safe until your return has been processed.

 

Returns are processed on Friday and Saturday of every week, so please allow time for your return to arrive. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
