Delivery was quick, with the shoes arriving within two days. The box was somewhat damaged on arrival, and the shoes had a strong chemical smell, likely from adhesives or manufacturing materials. The quality seemed acceptable for the price, but not outstanding. Based on the smell and feel, I had some doubts about the leather.
I ordered my usual size (11). Although some reviews suggested the shoes run large, I found them to be too small.
I contacted Amen Shoes five days ago to request an exchange for a larger size, but have not yet received a response. This is consistent with other reviews that mention slow or limited customer communication.
Overall, while delivery was prompt, the issues with sizing, the inability to apply the discount code, the condition of the packaging, and the lack of response to my exchange request have left me unhappy with the experience and the shoes.
Have brought these for a special wedding. The leather is lovely and soft, the details are just lovely and they feel comfortable, but only tried on at present.

The shoes were delivered promptly and well packed. On opening the box I saw a shoe horn and two protective shoe bags which was a nice touch. The shoes themselves were well made and the leather was of good quality. They were a bit tight at first but the fabulous leather has stretched to accommodate my feet very quickly and have polished up well with a quality polish. I am very happy with the shoes and will most likely buy. another pair in the near future, Thanks
