The shoes are as described colour and size wise. Not the first pair I have bought and with proper care they last and wear ad expected.

... but terrible laces. I think the boots are fabulous, love the tweed, the colour is great. But those laces let them down. Too thick for the eyelets, poorly laced up. Took me ages to unlace them, to actually try them on. Once on, there was no way they were going back. But I've swapped the laces for ones that fit... Sorry.

You sent shoes instead of boots, they are ridiculously small for a 12 and you have ignored my email.. not impressed in any way.
Just a word of warning. The shoes seem to be good quality but are definitely not tan these are brown. Bit annoying but I needed some shoes so I'm living with them :)
Nice shoes & fast delivery. Only negative is that they are a darker brown than on the picture.
