Mens Leather Brogue Chelsea Boot

The shoes are quite good. But customer service is shit as hell. You can't contact anybody. The chatbox on the site doesn't work at all. They have no phone number to call. I've returned a pair of this because it was a size smaller. This happened nearly 3 weeks ago and no response, no refund, nothing. I couldn't reach them as they have no phone at all. Customer service is shit.

Just took delivery of my new boots excellent service and delivery the boots look great with jeans .I have a fairly narrow foot and most this type of boot are to wide for me but these are ok a little bit of space but nothing that can’t be corrected with an insole. The boots are well made with good detailing.
I was that impressed with the quality of the service and the boots I have already ordered another pair in a different style . This is the first time I have ordered footwear online as I am very fussy about what I wear on my feet but Amenshoes have a great selection of good quality footwear and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone five star rating thank you a very happy customer

Superb quality boots that now take pole position in my boot collection. Replaced easily for 1 size bigger than my usual size after one email. I am now one of the converted, Amen. Would love a pair of the Paisley ones and hopefully my size will be in stock soon - hint hint :-)
